Jimo offers cooling solutions designed for efficiency, safety and ease of maintenance:
- Ventilated cooling system: guarantees constant air circulation, ensuring uniform temperatures throughout the unit.
- Static cooling system: promotes gradual cooling with optimised energy consumption.
Negative and freezing appliances:
- Built-in cold: resistance defrosting.

All the equipment is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance, including specific trays that collect water from the evaporator, guaranteeing hygiene and practicality in daily use.
Construction
Jimo products are made with compact 304 AISI 18/8 stainless steel frame, This is combined with polyurethane injection with a density of 40 kg/m³, guaranteeing high stability and durability.
All the interiors, including the roof, bottom, back, sides, front and back doors, are in AISI 304 18/8 stainless steel, ensuring resistance and hygiene.
The worktops are made of the same quality stainless steel as standard, with the possibility of other finishes.
